Holds a Philosophy PhD in International Relations from Kyiv State University, Ukraine. He was Member of Parliament in the government of Jordan along with an extensive experience holding Chairman position of a long list of highly successful companies in the Middle East and Europe.

Mr. Engineer Emad AL-Shakak, an Iraqi National, is a board member of Ad-Dulayl Industrial Park & Real Estate Company and serves as the General Manager.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad. Eng. Emad has 25 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field, Industrial Plant management and extensive experience in mega industrial projects.
